Easy Green Tea Diet

Question: Simple Dieting , Please Help . ?
Well ,
I'm planning on starting my diet tomorrow.
I want to lose about 20 pounds, I think that won't be too much of a struggle.
I'm planning on doing it the easiest way possible :
- no junk.
- eating healthy.
- exercising 3 times a week, for 20 minutes .
I was also thinking of adding green tea to my diet, would this help ?
Any tips, or thoughts would really help me.

Answer: green tea is fine...but in moderation, can cause anemia in some folks -drink more water, also I hope you plan on upping the exercise from 20 minutes after the first week or so...as 20 minutes 3 times a week is borderline 'maintenance' - meaning it's not going to overly contribute to weight loss - I also suggest not eating after 7pm as a general rule and to have some healthy snacks around for when you get the munchies...helps alot.
