Question: what is the very healthiest brand Of Diet Green Tea (that does what its suppose to no saturated fat?
maybe it has to be home brewed if so what kind of mix is the best and healthiest
but im looking for diet kind not the regular what is the healthiest one ? (brand name)
Answer: Home-brewed tea or Trader Joe's 100% green tea with no sugar added top the list. There is no saturated fat in green tea, so don't worry about that. The enemy in most green tea drinks you'll find like Arizona, Lipton, Snapple, etc., is high-fructose corn syrup (it's the father of all dietary evil; trans fats being the mother). HFCS causes weight gain and messes with your cholesterol levels -- not good. Flavored green tea is OK as long as it doesn't contain sugar or HFCS, and Diet Green Tea that doesn't have any HFCS in it is OK too.

Mega Green Tea Diet Capsule

Question: Will diet pills counteract with a prescription of metformin?
I recently purchased those Mega T green tea dietary supplement to suppress hunger and give me a little energy. I'm not expecting much from them but I have drank green tea and felt like I could take on the whole world and when I seen it in a capsule I impulsed bought them. (not expensive at all!) But I just got a prescription of metformin and am scared to take them because I can't find anywhere that sais it will or won't counteract my prescription. please help!
Answer: You should check with the doctor who is prescribing your metformin.
I don't think they clash as the Green Tea Pills are unlikely to do much at all.
But they do contain garcinia cambogia which is contra indicated for type 1 diabetics
