White Tea Green Tea Weight Loss

Question: weight loss -am i doing it correct?
From today I want to start the diet . my plan is:
early morning (i get up around 830ish b/c i sleep around 1-2 in the night) --honey and lime in warm water
breakfast--[after 10-15 ]-special K cereal
aftera while--green tea
lunch: white /wheat bread; with green vegetables
then walk for a mile on treadmill
mid-lunch: juice ; boiled vegetables
dinner: white/wheat bread
Answer: The bread..... as hard as it is not to eat, is the worst. Your calorie intake is super low though. So I guess it would work.
If the question was about grammar, it wouldnt be in diet and fitness genius.
