Question: Has anyone tried the one week diet pills being advertised on the TV in the UK? Or the green tea?colon cleanse?
What did u think of the one week diet pills or the green tea purity/ colon cleanse pills?

Answer: You probably dont need my advice but let me give it anyway.
Get yourself a good fitness routine. Stick to it and eat healthily. Pills never work in the long term.

Question: can you drink green tea on the south beach diet?
Answer: Yes. Do consider decaf though as caffeine is not helpful generally.
