Question: Questions about supplements and weight loss?
I do not want to take any diet pills I did before and it is too expensive and does not take off that much weight. My questions are what supplements can I take that help you drop weight naturally. I take green tea extract which increases metabolism. I also take Flax Seed oil which also helps with weight loss. Does anyone recommend anything else natural that promotes weight loss. My second question is how can I take Flax seeds instead of the oil? Any suggestions? I do not want to just eat them plain.
Answer: The quickest way to lose weight is to cut out red meats, starches, breads, sugars, alcohol, and sodas.
Eat veggies (salads are good), soups, and drink TONS of water. If you get hungry between a meal, drink water to fill up.
In moderation eat white meats, and fruits (fruits contain natural sugars, and that can put on weight)
Practice portion control. Yes, you'll feel hungry at first, but think of your goal, and soon your stomach will start shrinking and you won't have that feeling anymore.
Eat 5 times a day. A small breakfast. A mid-morning snack, such as an apple. A small lunch. A mid-afternoon snack, such as carrots. A lite dinner. Do not eat any later than 7pm (6pm is better.)
Go exercise for at least an hour - two a day, incorporating weight training along with your cardio. Cardio helps to melt the fat, while weight training builds muscle. Muscle burns fat, even when you are resting. You get the idea. It also gives tone and definition. Also do a few yoga and pilates exercises to help tone those hard to reach and stubborn areas

Green Tea With Hoodia Diet

Question: How can I loose weight when I live at school and eat the same non-nutritional food and only have time 4 Taebo?
I have always been over weight and played Tennis in high school so when I got to school and didn't have that exercise all the time I started doing Taebo, but it doesn't work well when school serves mostly fried food or watered down lettuce and veggies. Is there any diet pills like Green Tea Pills or hoodia pills that actually work and can help me along with loosing weight?
Answer: You have a challenge! Sounds like you are in college. In addition to keeping some fresh fruit and healthy whole-grain snacks on hand (low fat microwave popcorn for instance), make an effort to select the best options offered in the cafeteria or dining hall. Steamed but watery veggies may taste better if you add some lemon juice and/or a veggie seasoning (keep the shakable container in your backpack). Low fat yogurt can substitute for a fried entree.
Also get as much physical activity as you can. In addition to Taebo, walk everywhere briskly and climb stairs rather than take an elevator. Getting lots of incidental activity can help.
These approaches are better than pills, which promise a lot but usually don't deliver on those promises.
