Green Tea Extreme Diet

Question: How many kjs a day to lose weight?
Ok, first of all I am not on an EXTREME diet. But I want to lose a fair bit of weight.
I am a girl, 15, 5'3 and around 130lbs...-.- I only want to get to 110lbs
So If I was to eat;
breakfast- banana and green tea ( about 500kjs)
lunch- tuna ( about 300-400)
dinner- tuna or cheese dip ( 500)
snacks, fruit etc ( 400-500)
Would I lose weight? And how long do you think it'd take? I do exercise a fair bit..
I drink heaps of water...

Answer: Simple formula and I'll convert your kjs to calories because that's what we use where I live. When your body burns 3000 calories more than it consumes you lose a pound of fat. You'd need to burn 60,000 calories to hit your weight goal. Most girls with your body stats burn 2000 calories a day if they're moderately active (if they walk around places) and this diet COULD limit you to what comes out to like 450 calories per day. You'd be burning about 1650 calories a day so to get to 60,000 you'd need 36-37 days of sticking to this diet RELIGIOUSLY to do that. We're assuming yous stick to this diet, because if you starve yourself, and then start eating again, your body responds to the stress by storing more fat. (lYou kind of have to ween yourself off these kinds of diets). Hope you get through it without too many problems.
