Question: How to burn off an alcoholic binge?

HELP! will scoffing down 5 green tea capsules and drinking 5 cups of green tea and doing some light exercise for abt 5 mins do something?

Omg I'm such an idiot I was on a diet and now gone and blew it! urrghh what an idiot what should I do? =(

Answer: Increasing metabolic rate will help but only in a limit extent. Alcohol also slows metabolic rate so you are not in a good place where dieting is concerned. Also alcohol and exercise is not the best thing for the cardiovascular system. Just let it pass and think before you drink next time.
