Question: Help PLease LIFE OR DEATH SITUATION?

okay so im 13 and way 125 pounds i do exercise every week! i am now since today running at 5 am hiking at 12 am and running again at 7 pm! ps i live in arizona and its freakin hot!like 114 degrees outside! so before school i wanna drop pounds fast ! i do eat healthy maybe a lil desert or chips now and then but not really i love sushi and my greens!
BUT i was wandering if i got the acai berry pills from FRESG and EASY ect. if they would work! Or the Green Tea Diet Weight Loss thingy drink at the mall! but i need to loose weight fast i think tommmorow ill get the diet pills hopefully they work but i hope theyre the same! ANSWRS PALEEZE

Answer: First of all.... You have to get your mind in the right game. You want to lose weight because you are overweight. Not because your 13 and school is coming up. Pick your battles... #1 If you have legs that are heavy, you need to do pull ups... That will help your arms and burn fat. #2 If you have heavy arms, then you do running. Try to run 1 to 3 miles when you do run, but don't over do it. People misinterpret running. They think if they run for hours that they will burn fat faster... Thats not the case, It's when and how you run. Your Protein intake should be equal to your weight so that you will burn your food, then your body will kick into overdrive and turn to stored protien in your body. The reason i say this is because if you dont eat good and then go running, you can faint, or speed your heart beat up to a dangerouse level. #3 Your carbs... Look on the back of vegies cans and add the carbs you take in and make sure it's "DOUBLE" your weight. Not equal but double. Do this the night prior. Maybe 4 hours before bed time so that you aren't fighting insomnia. Then like you said at 5am stretch and run, but add in some sit ups and push ups along the way. This will make your run interesting and you can knock to birds out with one stone.
When I run i control my breathing, and set small goals along the way. I do sit ups to the point running will be a gift, and vise a verse. It's called "self motivation" I am a Marine and I can tell you, if you believe in yourself, you will achieve your goal, but you have to get your mind in the game. Make sure you go to church, and get some support from the man up stairs, and tell your family to push you, and ALSO **** IMPORTANT**** when you eat chicken breast make sure you eat no more than a FIST SIZE at one given time. eat some yellow and green veggies with it, then eat some almonds... Almonds pack allot of carbs. To drink, try Propel, it's high on sodium, but you will sweat it out. Good Luck little buddy. and Semper Fi
