Question: Does anyone know what the best diet pills are? or diet suppliment?for quick weight loss?
im taking Green Tea Pills right now
Answer: I am also taking Green Tea Pills that also contain hoodia and other natural ingredients. I bought it from walmart it is called Mega-T and it only cost $5, and I can feel a difference in my energy and hunger (also eating well and excercising have been helpful). I am also doing a whole body cleanse, I am on day 4.

Caffeine In Diet Green Tea

Question: How much caffeine is in diet pepsi?
I know it's 36 mg, which is less than coffee and diet coke but more than things like hot chocolate and green tea, but I don't understand exactly how much 36 mg is, and the effect that can have on your body.
I don't drink a lot of caffeine, but if i have a glass of diet pepsi before I want to go to bed, could this keep me from falling asleep?

it has a range of 3-13, but still, that is caffeine.
Answer: In truth, the only way you could know is to try it. Some people can drink a pot of coffee before bed and be fine, others can't have anything caffinated after 3:00 in the afternoon or they're up all night. Give it a shot.
BTW: Hot Chocotale doesn't have caffine in it.
