Weight Loss Tea Free Sample

Question: Weight loss question?
Ok, I've been on my diet since April 16th.
I've been walking at least an hour a day, sometimes 2.
I've only been drinking water and Diet Arizona Green Tea..
I haven't been eating after 7 pm.
I've been eating very healthy.
Sample meal.
Breakfast, a bowl of smart start and fat free vanilla soy milk.
lunch, a robecks fruit smoothie or a piece of fruit..
dinner, a lean cuisine, or fish and salad..
ok i noticed that my bloat is gone, and my sister said my jeans look looser from the back.
so why isnt' the scale moving? i've been doing good..
i haven't cheated once.
advice? thanks
ps i am 5'8 and 250..
fat people usually lose weight faster.
Answer: Hi, it sounds like you are going real well on your diet, its great as you are not restricting yourself, just eating the right foods! The reason the scale isn't moving is because muscle actually weighs three times more than fat. You may not be aware of it, but all the walking you are doing, and all the protein you are eating, is causing you to turn fat into muscle.
Now don't get freaked out by that, you aren't gonna end up like a muscle freak or anything unless you pump iron and hit the juice. It just means you're getting a lot healthier which you've noticed.
A much better way to monitor progress like yours, is rather than scales, take measurements from your waist etc. This will give you a much clearer indication of how much fat you are dropping. The only problem is, you probably already dropped loads, so you won't get to track all the progress! cheers.
