Question: Do MegaT Green Tea Diet Pills really work?

I know no diet pill is very healthy, but are these extremely unhealthy? They are all natural which is why I thought they might be ok.

Answer: Anytime you see 'diet' and 'pill' in the same sentence, it's a scam.
