Green Tea Apple Diet

Question: diet plan. what do you think?
ok this is my diet plan will this work.
drink lots of water
run atleast a mile a day and 500 abs in the morning and night
do a dance tape 3 times a week for 45 minutes (core rhythems)
drink milk for breakfast with an apple
lunch and dinner have protein and small amount of carbs
have no more then 1300 calories/ day
drink alot Of Diet Green Tea
eat small portions
eat more meals just smaller portions
snack have an apple iwth peanut butter
or some type of fruit
Answer: that sounds pretty good to me! i will pinch some ideas from that my self! not sure about the apple with peanut butter but what ever works ah?
