Whats a person to do? I eat no sweets, no Diet drinks, low carbs. Fresh vegs lean beef,skinless chicken, backed fish, nothing white, 100% whole wheat, etc. I drink skim milk, green tea, coffee, lots of water. Exercise 3 to 4 days a week.
Where am I going wrong.

Answer: Maybe you've hit a plateu and need to step up the exercise a bit. Maybe you are eating more than you think you are, keep a food diary of every single thing that you eat or drink for several days. You can make an appt. with a nutritionist and take the diary and they can tell you if you need to make some changes. Also, have you ever been tested to see if you might have an underactive thyroid?
