Green Tea Fat Burner

Question: has anyone tried these?

Super Green Tea Diet Capsules, i really need help with my metabolism, it is so slow and whenever i eat i gain lbs so quickly.i exercise and rarely exceed 1500kcal, i am taking at the moment sea kelp tablets with fat metaboliser from Holland and Barrett but little effect. Your views much appreciated.!

Answer: Try a thermogenic fat burner, Ripped Fuel 5x or Hydroxycut Hardcore. These help burn fat, increase your metabolism, and supply energy for your workouts even while you're eating lean.
Make sure you read the instructions and don't exceed the daily dosage. Also you need to be sure you're eating the 5-6 small 'meals' per day to speed up your metabolism. Lots of protein, fruits/veggies. minimize everything else (especially anything containing sugar, HFCS, etc.)
