Ginseng And Green Tea Diet Plan
Question: Is my diet plan healthy?
In the morning, I eat high fiber maple and brown sugar oatmeal, two pieces of wheat bread, and fat free skim milk.
I do not usually eat lunch, but when I do, I tend to just eat some reduced fat Club Crackers and Diet Green Tea With Ginseng.
For dinner, I eat Hickory Tuna with a side of Brown rice and lettuce. I do however use use Ranch dressing on my rice and salad but it is fat free Ranch. For the drink, I usually drink a lot of water with my dinner but sometimes I drink Diet Green Tea With Ginseng.
And lastly, I tend to do about 2-3 sets of cit-ups daily. That's about 200 to 300 cit ups a day. So, what do you all think? Should I change anything about my current diet plan?

Question: Tell me about Green Tea?
I was wondering if someone can give me some (straightforward) info about green tea? What are the health benefits? Is the pill form better than the leaf tea? Are there side effects from drinking green tea? What should I look for when buying green tea? I've heard lipton and bag tea are not recommended for natural "pure" green tea? I'm having issues finding answers on google...I'm just finding mostly ads for weight loss pills. Help please

The Science of Green Tea.
As we previously said, many people know that green tea is good for you, but they don’t know how it actually works or provides the health benefits that it does. Therefore, a scientific breakdown of green tea is necessary, so that you can fully understand the way in which green tea interacts with the body.
The most important component of green tea is something called a polyphenol – which is a substance also known as a catechin. It is generally understood that the consumption of polyphenols are able to improve your health in numerous ways such as with the factors listed above.
The way that green tea acts with the cells on a biological level is complex. All you need to know is that the polyphenols act to strengthen immune and body cells, whilst weakening intruder cells and cancerous / tumor cells. The effectiveness will be clear. It means that the body is now stronger and more able to fight off the diseases caused by the opposite.
