Diet Sparkling Green Tea

Question: Okay so im going to a barbeque today and...?
Im on a diet and i eat whatever i want but it smaller portions and i drink only water,sparkling green tea,and vitamin water,and sumtimes powerade to have more electrolights in my system.but any way how much should i fix like what size and howmany pieces of barbeque should i eat?
Answer: There's usually not much healthy food at a holiday cookout, but you can definitely cut calories by taking just a bite or two of each dish. That way, you don't miss out on any of the good flavors, and you don't have to sacrifice your diet.
For burgers, use mustard instead of mayo and ketchup, and pile on the veggies to increase fiber, which gives you a full feeling. Avoid mayonnaise-based salads like potato salad and pasta salad, and opt instead for oil or vinegar based salads. Try leaner cuts of meat, like pork tenderloin or white meat chicken, instead of fattier pork ribs and sausages.
But remember, it's a holiday, so don't feel bad if you pig out just a little. You can always make up for it in the next few days! If you accidentally overeat today, don't let it ruin your diet. Just cut back a little bit for the next day or two and it will all balance out.
