Lipton Diet Green Tea Nutrition
Question: Dieting ideas?
so i decided to get on a diet. i got a bunch of those microwaveable low fat meals (that don't get me full) that i eat 3x a day and low fat snacks in between them so i can get my 5times a day nutrition. i need some ideas on healthy breakfasts other than cereal, and some healty fast food (food on the go, not junk) that i can get when i'm in a hurry or away from home. any suggestions? (other than subway)
also, is there such thing as fat burning foods? if so what? i heard green tea is a fat burner but i only like the lipton ice tea(not the diet one) that come in small bottles, would that work or does it need to be "Diet Green Tea"?
Answer: Whatever you decide on eating, take your time to eat it. It takes your stomach half an hour before realizing you're full. So count your bites, and eat slowly savour the food.
For breakfasts you cna have a piece of wholemeal toast with vegemite or something like yoghurt and fruit.
For snacks, i love sunflower seeds! you could have a piece of fruit.
I don't think there's a fat burning food, sorry.
