Question: does Diet Lipton Green Tea help with hot flashes?

a frind told me there is an ingredient in this tea that helps with hot flashes has anyone experiened this? I have tried this tea and I like it maybe I shuold buy more

Answer: I know green tea helps with inflammation. Not sure if that would affect hot flashes, but if it helps you then go for it. I think if you try decaf green tea, it would be more effective. (caffeine can trigger hot flashes)
