I'm 14 and i really want to lose 20 pounds I've like just gained 5 and i was working out non-stop!! how did this happen? but my real question is, is it safe for me to take the acai berry or mega tea Green Tea Diet Pills? I just want to know if its healthy for a 14 year old to take them with out side effects. thank you!

The post you saw about Acai was an auto-spammer who posts the exact same post all over this section of yahoo answers. Do you really think if the product worked that they would have to resort to spamming tactics?
