Question: Loosing Weight????

I want to lose weight by the summer can these 2 supplements help? is it contra indicated to take them both at the same time?

Answer: Your best bet overall for long term weight loss is sensible eating combined with an excersize plan. Either of the products you've mentioned may give you a quick result -- if they work for you at all -- but they are exactly that -- a "quick fix." If you are seeking to lose 5 - 10 lbs quickly, they may provide a boost to your system/metabolism. However, they will do nothing to help you keep the weight off. You don't mention your age in your question. Age is also a factor, because our metabolism generally slows down as we age.
My suggestion to you would be become more active if possible. If you are sedentary, start an excercize program. If you are already active, find ways to become more active. Learn about nutrition, and if you need extra support in learning how to eat a healthy balanced diet, join a group support program such as Weight Watchers.
This is the only thing that has ever worked for me. My background: former dancer, former anorexic, weight struggles throughout adulthood. Thyroid issues - now over 50 yrs old and have successfully lost over 36 lbs and am keeping it off.
Of the 2 products you've mentioned, the Green Tea seems the least extreme for your system (although you might do just as well to consume 3-4 cups of green tea a day, rather then buying the supplement).

Question: Wulong/Oolong Tea for weight loss?

Does it really help with weight loss or is it just another gimmick? What about green tea?

Answer: its a scam. Fill yourself up with anything low cal such as tea or water and naturally you wont want to eat a lot - but its a scam
