Question: Tips on losing weight?
I am 16 and really overweight. I need to lose weight fast and I understand that I can't really lose it quickly. Please could you help me answer the questions below.
Will drinking just water and green tea help me to lose weight?
Are carbohydrates ok to eat because I love pasta and could put this into a salad?
This might sound really stupid but does anyone know of any good salad recipes. Like the ingredients I could put into a salad without using too complicated ingredients please?

Answer: ok your 16 overweight and you are probably worrying what ppl say about you or everything .. hey dont worry...everything is fine... you just need some tips and this is what im going to give you.. yes you are right... you cant lose weight fast its impossible no one can do it . ok .. one thing you are right.. drinking water is a must... water flushes out natural bad toxins in your body.. of course you will go to the bathroom alot but for a good thing... green tea another must.....some green tea you can get in pills.. and other you will have to drink... but haivn that you can lose up to 20 pounds in a max of 3 weeks..... carboyhydrates.. is good .. but there are different kinds of them.. pasta yes has good ones... but you have to deal with the caliroes it brings with it to...you bes tthing to do its.. weigh yourself.. make a plan.. and stick to it.. planning and davotaion.. is all you need to succed. i would start with oatmeal in the morning if you like it.. maybe some wheat bread.. and some eggs.. .. you should eat 4-5 meals a day,.. with about ranign to 1500-2000 calories a day.. im leaivn the rest of the foods up toyou.. so choose wisley and eat right.
