Green Tea Diet

Question: is the Green Tea Diet healthy and effective?
So i'm trying to try out the Green Tea Diet.
I'm currently 5`2 and weigh 115. i'm 18.
my goal is to reach 105 which is 10 pounds.
some people told me that 3 days of the Green Tea Diet made them lose about 5 pounds.
I'm planning to do the green tea for about a week or maybe just 5 days.
do i only drink green tea? can i eat other non-fatty foods as well?
how effective is it?
Answer: I drink gallons of green tea and it has not helped me lose weight at all. I eat a very healthy diet; no cheese or any other dairy except 1% plain kefir, no refined sugars or flours, no rice, etc., lots of greens. In fact, I've read that caffeine can stimulate your pancreas to secrete insulin, which has a fat preserving effect in the body. Insulin actually slows down fat metabolism. I believe it!
