The Green Tea Diet Plan

Question: will this workout/diet plan help flatten my stomach?

diet wise...
drinks: mostly water, sometimes diet arizona green iced tea, hot green tea/other teas

breakfast:special k yogurt and berries or egg whites + fruit
snacks: grapes, apples, special k bar, or special k crackers
lunch: special k cereal again or progresso light soup
dinner: veggies and a healthy portion of whatever is for dinner (usually chicken or fish)

and then for exercise:
run for 20-30 minutes 3-4 times a week (or walk on days i don't feel like running)
50 normal crunches, 25 bicycle crunch + other ab workouts i know 4 times a week

also i'm on the tennis team for my school so we play around 2 hours every day

will i see results? i'm 5'4 and weigh 115, i know i'm not fat but my stomach really needs to be toned...any other tips would be great! thanks :)
