Mega T Green Tea Ultra Diet

Question: Fastest way to loose weight, i don't care about risks but I need it fast.?

I am 4'9'' 13 years old. Please don't tell me I'm to young to be wanting to loose weight cause I don't really care what you think I know I need to. I'm about 110 lbs and need to loose about 20 lbs in 3-4 weeks. I take ultra mega-t Green Tea Pills(1-2 a day) but I only have enough left for about 1-2 weeks at max. I need a diet plan that's not bulimia, binge, diet+exercise/long term plans. I'm willing to do a wrestler's diet, anorexia, no carbs, natural laxatives. I know the risks of this so don't try can tell me cause I am very aware. I also don't want anything I'm going to have to buy either. Please give me the best answers you can give me. Thanks in advance (:

Answer: I have started this Diet (lifestyle change) in the middle of November at 140lbs, and now at 117lbs

A DIET IS WHAT YOU EAT....there for we are all on a diet....
THINK LIFESTYLE CHANGE

You got the change the way you think and feel about food

TRY THIS, and stick to it.

The first 3-4 weeks are the hardest until your body adjusts to the change.
Results will be in about the same time

Fruits and Veggies

Eat more plants and keep away from stuff that was made in plants.

Don't eat anything that comes in a can, box or package....
.....THEY HAVE ADDITIVES IN THEM THAT MAKE YOU ADDICTED TO THE FOOD.....
If man made it, don't eat it

NO white BREAD or SUGAR

NO PIZZA, I am in the pizza business, and it is not good for you, very high in FAT and Calories

NO FRIED FOOD...

Stay away from FAST FOOD

NO POP, SODA or FIZZY DRINKS

Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog

Don't think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change

I have lost 28.5 pounds in 3 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week....controlled portion....this really works.........

Write down every thing you eat

take a multivitamin at night

Question: Change in diet.?

During the hotter months I find I tend to go off my food a lot. Especially cooked meals and meat. Not wanting to eat much and often find myself favouring fruit.

Would this sort of diet be safely maintainable for any given length of time? Just an example below. I would have considered all fruit but the last time I tried that I managed to put myself off sweet fruits for a month. And I don't think it's very good for you anyway.

Bran flakes + raisins + prunes (semi skimmed milk)
Greek Yogurt + Banana + Strawberry + Peach + Pineapple
Wholegrain bread + beans

Apples as snack

Drinking mostly water.
Cranberry & Rasberry drink in the morning.
Other drinks are Grape & Pear, Tea (both regular and green)

How long could you stick to that diet without it causing any major problems to the body?

Answer: That diet is all carbohydrates and it would put your body in a state of stress within a day or two. The skimmed milk is most likely pasteurized / homogenized junk. The yogurt is loaded with sugar and especially with the fruit.

You could last quite a while, but you would be starving yourself slowly to death. Like most diets like that, your body would develop huge cravings and make it very difficult for you. That much carbs would cause your body to develop a lot of glucose in your blood and generate insulin spikes that would cause glucagon to be produced to deal with that and then the adrenals would fire, causing you to produce lots of cortisol. The lack of fat would cause your liver to produce bad bile and then your gallbladder would load up with viscous bile, crystalizing into gallstones and most likely start having gallbladder problems and some pain.

The commercially produced fruit juices would dehydrate you and the tea would contribute to the dehydration. You would have to drink a lot more water to compensate for that.

I would say only a few days on that and then you would start developing headaches and other problems.

To fix your diet concerns, I would seek out a Certified Nutritional Therapist that can test you and see what you are deficient in and then recommend a diet and supplements if necessary. Then you will know exactly what you need and not do a bunch of guesswork.

good luck
