Question: am i still allowed to take this!?

ok well im 15 years old and i have alot of body fat on me, and alot in my stomach and i try excercising alot be it doesnt seem to go away..im really sick of working hard to get the fat off my body so i heard that this Green Tea Weight Loss Diet burns fat off of ppl! but i read the box and it says you have to be 18 or older on the box to take it but im 15 and i really need help! i really need to take something cause ive been excercising and eating healthy for alot of months but absoultly nothing works! and im so sick of it cause my body image is very embarrasing...can't i still take this if im 15 like why does it matter? like ppl smoke and drink and their underage like wouldnt it be ok if i take this: http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51U1WcOVXjL._SL500_AA280_.jpg

Answer: i sued to be fat, but i changed that, just get motivated, in case you didn't know your diet is a huge part, lets say you go work out then you go eat macdonalds, there is no point of working out... just eliminate bad stuff slowly reduce you portions within reason, don't eat like a bird , eat healthy foods. It was hard for me to say no to junk foods and etc but now its easy when people offer. i drop my pounds like no tomorrow and i eat lots, but healthy. btw i'm 16
