what is "shortbread "texture like?
how is "shortbread "texture like?
Answer: It will change the texture of the final product. It would probably come out more flaky and crumbly, more "pie-crust-like" than "short-bread-like". The dough will be harder to cut after rolling out. It should taste fine, though.
