Arizona Green Tea Diet Product

Question: How is honey bad for diabetics?
On the back of the bottle of Diet Arizona Green Tea with Honey and Ginseng it says the product contains a small amount of honey and should not be used by diabetics without first getting the advice of a physician.
The honey is obviously an infinitesimal amount because the product still has less than 1 gram of carbohydrates per serving..
SO!
Anyone know what is up with this?
1 gallon jug- 16 servings- less than one carbohydrate per serving
I just want to know why I should consult a physician over less than 16 carbs (and that's IF I down the entire gallon in one sitting)
D:
Answer: Count your carbs !
Honey that is not pasteurized can be a problem for us.
BTW- Honey is liquid sugar.
