Question: is there ANY way i can get a more womanly body?
ok, i am 20 years old. i have had a child. i have very large A cup or barely filling B cup breasts, a shapeless waist, no hips, and chicken legs. I want to gain weight to be more curvy but I'm afraid I'll gain every ounce in my middle. i do work out, and i'm a single mom on top of it so dont tell me to work out or anything. does anybody know of breast enlargement pills that actually work? any belly fat burning diets that actually work? how can i try to gain weight in the curvy places that women want? drinking whole milk? soy products? green tea? anything?
also, if you have nothing productive to say, don't waste my time please.
also, my amorphous stomach is not due to my child bc it has never been a nice cinched waist and it's been a year so besides a little extra skin, it's the same as pre-baby.
Answer: Perhaps you'd have more luck building muscle in particular areas? I don't think there's any way to gain weight in a particular area, apart from your ass if you eat loads and sit on it all day!! But if you do a lot of leg work then your thighs and calves might increase in size, making your top half look smaller. And if you want a cinched-in waist, try wearing a corset for a while!
