I am not planning to to take any - I have co-workers who say they have had success with them and I am a bit curious to see if anyone else has too. How safe are they?

Question: Is Diet Lipton Green Tea with Citrus just as healthy as home-brewed green tea, even though it has a additives?

I'm drinking it now, it has like citric acid, potassium crap, and color. Will this make it amy different than regular tea?
The nutrition facts says it's sugar free.
