Question: iv seen so many diet answers saying green tea?

I dont want any preachers please, but im disabled & cant exercise, im about a stone over weight ( 14 pounds ) so not loads to lose but since giving up smoking & not being able to exercise the weight is going on, the frustrating bit is , is that im not a big eater i dont pick at bits & pieces, i usually just have an evening meal & i love apples which i have during the day, but i feel i need abit of help shifting that bit of weight , so has anyone tried this green tea product & is it available in the uk
