Okay recent i stopped drinking soda! i drank it WAY to much about 1-2 two liters of FULL flavor Dr pepper.

SOme people told me to drink green tea.
So i decided to drink Lipton Diet Green Tea With Citrus its soooooooo good.

Answer: oh yes. i am a fairly fit women who drinks the stuff religiously. water can get boring and there aren't as many nutrients and minerals in plain water that your body needs to metabolize correctly and quickly. it's a great product, but water is still important to hydrate.
