Green Tea Fat Burner

Question: how long will green tea last made in advance and still give the antioxidant benefits?

Well I am trying this drinking tea thing to see if I will notice any increased weight loss, better skin, and hair. So I don't have time to steep bag by bag so I usually make a gallon in hot water and refrigerate it. I usually drink the whole gallon within in two days so would the tea still provide the same antioxidants and health benefits? I tried searchin and only found one site that said it lasts for up to 7 hours but I like multiple sources so I can be 100% sure.

Answer: i dont mean to poop on your parade, but anti-oxidants are essentially useless. dont believe the hype.
