Question: Want to lose weight (Fat) without losing muscle mass.?

I work in construction during the day and only get a small amount of exercise on the job. I have never lifted weights and has always been naturally strong.The most exercise at home is a very healthy sexual activity. I have cereal and milk in the morn. I suck down green tea and water Salad and fruits mid-day during the day and eat very well at home. I am 5'7" currently 254 lbs. most of the fat is on the waist and mid-section.
