Weight Loss Green Tea Diet

Question: how do I pick the best green tea bags for weight loss?
well im gonna do the Green Tea Diet thing but i have bit of a problem since im new to the tea thing. and i dont now which one will actually give me good results of weight loss. so can anyone give me tips on hoe to pick the best brand.
plus i shop at sainsburys and tesco
Answer: Ignore that 'dedicate' post for a start.
They won't help you lose weight so only drink green tea if you like it. No tea, patch pill or potion works. They all advocate lifestyle and dietary changes. Make the changes, keep your money to buy something nice.
I buy green tea with lemon, drink it chilled with ginger, a few drops vanilla extract added and poured over fresh lemon slices.
Because I like it, my weight is the same as when I drank black tea!
Mega T Green Tea Diet Food
Question: How long should I exercise a day/week?
How many hours a day should I exercise?
I have completely changed my diet I am eating healthier (fruits, veggies, eating more fiber, less trans fat foods)
I am currently exercising maybe about an hour a day (walking and lifting weights)
Also I am currently in a guts and butts class in my college that an hour twice a week
I am 155lbs 5'3"
Trying to get rid of my muffin top mainly...
I want to lose about 20-30lbs by spring break
I have been watching that show to "I used to be fat" and some of the people are losing like 10+ pounds in one week? Is that even possible for someone my size?
I am also taking the Mega-T green tea supplement mainly for the caffeine to get me up in the morning cuz coffee does not agree with me.
I dont want to be skinny skinny but I want the "jiggle" to go away lol
Answer: Many people on those reality shows start out obese, which you are not. Generally, they will shed weight faster than what overweight or average weight people would. Based on your height/weight, losing 20 - 30 pounds by spring break is really aggressive, and I would venture to say, unrealistic. You don't want to get discouraged or disappoint yourself.
Try to look at it this way: it 1/21 set yourself up to lose 1 - 2 pounds a week, and by 3/25 (9 weeks from now, and spring time) you'll be 9 - 18 pounds slimmer.
Focus on taking good care of yourself and being healthy. Incorporate some cardio in with the weights and minimize bread, rice, cereal, soda, and candy. Just try to drink water & try your best to stay away from alcohol and caffeine (I know in college it can be difficult!).
