Question: Does Diet Green Tea Have Caffeine in it?

I think it is really good, but I just was wondering if it had it in the drink.

Answer: Usually canned diet drinks have fructose and/or sugar; diet drinks have aspartame or some sugar substitute. This has nothing to do with the caffeine content. If it doesn't say caffeine free, then it has caffeine.

According to Medicinal Foods News:
"Green tea, unless it is decaffeinated, also contains caffeine."

Question: ice tea: good for weight loss??

specifically, i've been drinking lipton ice tea (australia)
per 100mL it contains:
- 28 cal
- <0.1g fat
- 6.8g carbohydrates
- 6.8g sugar

Answer: If you can drink it with no sugar then it's the same as drinking water. 0 calories. the sugar is where your calories are coming from. with the sugar it's about the same as drinking any other sweet drink.
