Question: how long will it take me to be fit, if..?
i've always wanted to be fit, i'm around 164cm tall and i weigh around 63kg, i'm seventeen years old. i want to lose weight for good this time! this is what my exercise schedule looks like
sunday - yoga (1.5hrs) + gym (45min running + 50 sit ups + stretches)
monday - aerobics (30min)
tuesday - yoga + dance (20min)
wednesday - yoga + gym
thursday - aerobics
friday - dance
saturday - yoga
n my eating diet is like.. i eat healthy, i have carbs not too much though.. and i don't eat junk at all. i don't drink soda. i drink lots of water n around 2c green tea a day.. if more info. is needed lemme know, but how long will it take for me to be fit if i continue this diet n exercise routine?

)
You are a bit over doing it. You may over train yourself which will give you opposite results.
You are basically doing 2 things:
Weight training: here is considered yoga
Cardio: gym, aerobics, dance
The best plan that so you don't over train yourself is (per week):
3 times weight training - 30-45 mins
3 times cardio - 30-45 mins
So it shouldn't take more than 3 to 6 days to get a full workout. And you always have to have one resting day so the body can work better for next week.
Oh, and ditch the situps. Yoga already takes care of your abs. If you add situps you will you bulk up your abs making your stomach look like a gut (a bodybuilder's gut
).
