Green Tea Fat Burner

Question: Do Green Tea Pills work and are they safe?

I just quit smoking and have been snacking non-stop. I'm starting to gain weight so im looking to start working out again before I blow up. I have been able to lose weight in the past with just exercise and diet, but feel I need some extra help this time. Has anyone tried Green Tea Pills and had success?

Answer: Why not just drink green tea? I'm not 100% convinced they work for weight loss, though I've certainly heard the same stuff you do. And they do seem to have other health benefits. But green tea is delicious! Actually, I'm going to go have some *right now*. And not for any health benefit.
