Green Tea Diet Reviews

Question: Review what I ate today please?
I am 5'2 and i am 15 year old girl. I weigh 110
So in the morning I had:
A granola bar
Cup of orange juice
Lunch:
One peanut better and jelly sandwich on wheat bread
four strawberries
Nature Valley bar honey and oats
Then about five crackers.
Dinner:
Five peices of barbeque chicken ( There like popcorn size)
And a pasta bowl ( olives cheese noodles and mayo)
Dessert:
One weight watchers bar (120 calories)
Two glasses of Green tea ( Zero calories)
BUT
I ran about three miles in sprints today. Plus I did 45 pushups and 100 crunches
Is this a good diet to maintain my weight or even start to loose weight? Thanks..
Answer: I think it is pretty decent. Should add some more fruits and/or veggies though.
