Question: Weight Loss ..........?

I have always had an issue with my weight. I use to take A LOT of meds and every single one was one that would make me gain weight. For the last week I haven't had any soda or coffee just water, Lipton diet green with citrus and some juice(except I had a red bull and a monster). Will drinking the green tea and water help me lose weight. I don't have time to exercise though I am cconstantlymoving through out the day due to my job. I do daycare for my sister so I up at eight and don't get to lay down till midnight. What else can I do to help me lose weight? -Thanks.

First off yes avoiding soda and drinking tea and water instead will help you lose weight. One of the main reasons that so many individuals struggle to lose weight for most of their lives is due to eating excessive processed carbohydrates such as refined grain-based starches and refined sugars on a daily basis.

The truth is if you avoid processed food and eat mostly organic and healthy food you will lose weight rapidly. I personally lose 30 pounds just by eating organic.

I know it may be tough but it gets easier! Just keep choosing the "hard right" choice and you will get to your goal.
