Green Tea Adverse Effects

Question: Why is my green tea doing this?
I brewed a mug of green tea this morning and added 2 teaspoons of this gross tonic I have to take because I'm ill. All it is is vitamins and minerals in nasty syrup stuff.
Anyway, it turned my tea a weird opaque liquorice black-purple colour. It doesn't taste of much, except the tonic, but I'm wondering if this has any adverse effects on the tea or if anyone knows what's going on?

Okay it's making me puke I don't know what's wrong with this stuff but it's gross.
Answer: Nobody can be sure but you could call the company that made the tonic and ask. If it is just vitamins and minerals then there shouldn't be any side effects; however, I'd like to add that some vitamins lose its function when exposed to heat like vitamin C (good for recovering from your cold). Iron is also a mineral that binds to tea extracts and changes into a form that make the body unable to absorb it. Other than that, I'd say it's much more beneficial for you to not mix the tonic but if you're truly curious, you can always call.

Question: How does the Green Tea Diet work? How do i do this diet?
when do i drink the green tea??? and how many cups?
Answer: Green tea will help you loose weight... herbalife has a program to loose weight and some of the products include green tea. Green tea is great to burn fat but just make sure you take natural products...
I tried some of those beverages with green tea but I felt really bad... I thought I could not drink green tea but I tried natural green tea and I felt great (and burned some calories) and now I drink it everyday
