Which Antioxidant Source Is Best Acai Or Green Tea

Between green tea and acai berry, which is the best source of antioxidant? This is one of the most common questions when people decide whether to go on Green Tea Diet or acai berry diet. The amount of antioxidants is measured in ORAC or the Oxygen radical absorbance capacity. The higher the ORAC value the better the antioxidant. So, the question becomes which as the higher ORAC value (aka ORAC rating or ORAC score) acai berry or green tea?
