Green Tea Juice Recipe

Question: need to diet.?
i'm 5'6", 240 (give or take) pounds, 22 years old, female, on a tight budget, and a workaholic. i work 9 hours a day in an electronics department at walmart, so i get a lot of walking done at work, but it's just not enough. i've been cutting down how much i eat, trying to eat healthier, but it doesn't seem to work. all i drink every day is water or lipton Diet Green Tea. occasionally something else, 100% juice (no fructose cornsyrup!), or fruitables (like v8fusion!), those Naked smoothie drinks. sometimes i crave my deep fried foods, and if i DO eat them, it's enough to satisfy, not overindulge. obviously, i tend to get really tired after work and don't exercise more, which i know i should do. but what else can i do to help lose weight? i need tips on good snacks to eat, good recipes for dinner. i HATE seafood, so no fish please!! and it's got to be cheap enough to afford on my low salary.help me please. i am so desperate to lose weight and i need motivation and support.
