Question: Is This a good drink substitute for a teen boy?

I purchased a gallon of Arizona Decaf/Diet Green Tea With Ginseng sweetened with Splenda. Is the a healthy substute? Can i drink nothing but green tea and water and be healthy? and since its Diet/Decaf am i not getting all the benefits? Please help! Thanks

Answer: I'm diabetic and drink the same as you as one way of controlling sugar, A lot better then all that soda,
Healthy living entails a lot of things, food, exercise, dealing with sr=tress, as One who nearly died from smoking ab=nd drinking stay away from these in the end will always get you.

since its Diet/Decaf am i not getting all the benefits? unless you think you need all that sugar and caffeine in you life. There are also some great herbal green tea I drink With names like ,temper tamer, Try the ones that have things added that calm and sooth the system. I ate all the wrong things and now have congestive heart failure, bad lungs and Diabetes. So if you want all the benefits plan your meals with that in mine fast food and a ton of cokes are killing us. even diet ones. You know the people that super size all the crap then wash it down with diet soda. That's like giving medicine to the dead. Before I go will look at other questions for some hints

You're trying learn all about healthy living, I love music but when I was a boy our music was this and worked well for us ant=y today's music I haven't a clue what it's all about and don't really care, try some of mine it grows on you.
