Question: is fenugreek hunger a bad sign?

I started taking fenugreek 640mg capsules today and so far I have just taken one of my intended 2-3. Day and I feel starving! This is half hour after eating a huge healthy meal too! I know it CNN cause either weight gain or loss and can lower blood sugar. I am unsure which side effect this is...weight gain or loss and will the excessive hunger affect my sugar levels. I have never been diabetic and do eat bits of chocolate and drink a lot of tea too. Am on a very healthy diet (that still involves decent food consumption) and am worried of the side effects x

Answer: Why are you taking fenugreek in the first place? It seems that you have encountered the side effect of it making you feel very hungry, even though you do not need the food: if you give in to these hunger cravings, you'll gain weight. SO, you have to decide if its worthwhile to keep on taking it, with the risk that you;ll remain very hungry and perhaps gain weight as a result. On the other hand, it seems unlikely that it would affect your sugar levels: it just makes you FEEL hungry, but i can't see this being the result of biochemical changes which could affect blood sugar levels: i don't see how fenugreek could possibly do this.

Question: Green Tea Pills?

I was going to try fat burners but I'm 16 and someone told me in another question that fat burners werent healthy and to try green tea pill.
