Question: Is "Diet Arizona Green Tea" bad for you?

It has Ginseng. and its all natural.
I have it almost everyday for like...a long time.

My dad always says its bad for you.
though there are times that he is wrong.
So is it bad or is it good or okay?

Answer: Its not really all natural. sugar substitutes aren't good for you .There's been investigations on aspertame possibly being a cause of MS.Allegedly it sucks the bone marrow out of you.too much artificial green tea could cause bladder/kidney infections also.you should go tea bags and a pinch of honey.
