Buy Super Green Tea Diet Pills
Question: Your thoughts on my diet pill/green tea/sauna belt regimen?
I’m 50 pounds overweight and looking for an easy way to get a six-pack. I was thinking about taking a diet pill with my morning bowl of Cap’n Crunch with whole milk; ordering a Diet Coke instead of regular Coke with my afternoon Big Mac Super Value Meal; then after my usual dinner of fried food, salt, cheese, and buttered bread, I’ll have a cup of green tea while I sit on the couch and watch TV all night munching on a family-size bag of Doritos.
I don’t have time to workout and the gym is over ½ mile away, so I was thinking about buying a sauna belt from an infomercial.
How much weight do you think I’ll lose?
Answer: NO DIET PILLS. Those things are dangerous. They're addictive. Wow. and you REALLY need to cut back on the junk food. If you really want to loose weight, then you would improve your diet. I personally like cucumbers for a snack. They've always been my favorite. And you don't need a gym to work out. sitting your lazy butt on the couch won't help you either. If you want muscles, do some crunches or go for a jog. Get some workout tapes. There's this one I tried called "8 minute abs" it's only eight minutes, but it really gets your muscles working and you can feel improvement. Another one of my favorites is "Sweating to the oldies" It's from the 80s, so its kinda funny but I love it. It's aerobics, so its really fun; it's just like dancing. There are loads of fun ways to work out and loose weight. You'll feel much better than if you were to just sit and watch T.V. replace your television show with those tapes. I promise you'll loose weight, if you set a steady pattern and follow it every day. Best of my luck to you!

Green Tea Caffeine Weight Loss
Green tea with caffeine have been shown to speed up weight loss. Caffeine has been known to help with weight loss and weight management to certain extent. Green tea containing caffeine further help weight loss as will be discussed below. The weight loss and weight management of green tea with caffeine have recently been described by Margriet S. Westerterp-Plantenga, Manuela P.G.M. Lejeune and Eva M. R. Kovacs. in a research study.
The objective of the research was to investigate the effect of green tea with caffeine on weight loss and weight management.
Method of the research of the Green Tea Caffeine weight loss study
Under the supervision of Margriet S. Westerterm-Plantenga and co workers:
-
A randomized placebo-controlled double blind parallel trial in 76 overweight and moderately obese subjects, (BMI, 27.5 2.7 kg/m2) matched for sex, age, BMI, height, body mass, and habitual caffeine intake was conducted.
-
A very low energy diet intervention during 4 weeks.
-
Then 3 months of weight maintenance (WM); during the weight management period, the subjects received a green tea-caffeine mixture (270 mg epigallocatechin gallate + 150 mg caffeine per day) or placebo.
Results of the research of the Green Tea Caffeine weight loss study
Subjects of the research of the Green Tea Caffeine weight loss study lost 5.9 1.8 (SD) kg (7.0 2.1%) of body weight (p < 0.001).
At baseline, satiety was positively, and in women, leptin was inversely, related to subjects habitual caffeine consumption (p < 0.01).
High Caffeine consumers
High caffeine consumers reduced weight, fat mass, and waist circumference more than low caffeine consumers; resting energy expenditure was reduced less and respiratory quotient was reduced more during weight loss (p < 0.01).
Low Caffeine consumers
In the low caffeine consumers, during WM, green tea still reduced body weight, waist, respiratory quotient and body fat, whereas resting energy expenditure was increased compared with a restoration of these variables with placebo (p < 0.01). In the high caffeine consumers, no effects of the green tea-caffeine mixture were observed during the weight management period.
The science of Green Tea Caffeine Weight Loss
Margriet S. Westerterp-Plantenga, Manuela P.G.M. Lejeune and Eva M. R. Kovacs. in the research study explained that high caffeine intake was associated with weight loss through thermogenesis and fat oxidation and with suppressed leptin in women. In habitual low caffeine consumers, the green tea-caffeine mixture improved the weight management, partly through thermogenesis and fat oxidation.
