Green Tea Mousse Cake Recipe

Question: What kind of cream should I use for mousse cake?
I serached for a mousse recipe online, and it says use 'light cream'.
I'm confused because normally mousse cakes use 'heavy cream' instead.
Which one should i use??
I'm going to make a green tea mousse cake.
Answer: use heavy cream. light cream is hard to find and will break down more quickly. always use heavy cream. AHHH butter fat!!!
