Question: what is a tea that is good for you and actually TASTES good, too?

i hate green tea. i heard its all fine and dandy for you and all, but it is NASTY.

is there a different type of tea that has similar benefits, without tasting like shredded fried grass? and also low calorie?

or is their a different way to drink green tea or add green tea to your diet without the taste of green tea?

Question: When should I eat my breakfast after a morning exercise?

I am trying to lose few pounds

Ok, well I am going to do a light morning exercise tomorrow.
But i am still pretty confused the whole metabolism buring fat thing. lol

I usually wake up, go for a walk (2/3 uphill) for about 20 minutes.

then i stop at starbucks to read for about an hour with my nonfat green tea latte. ( and yes, i just HAVE to have it)

then I walk down hill back to my house.

and since you are supposed to wait an hour to eat after an exercise, i eat breakfast an hour later.

BUUUUUT, my question is: is this right?

i mean it doesnt feel right.
cause i've heard that

1.)you have to eat breakfast with in an hour of waking up.
although
when you exercise in the morning before eating breakfast, you have to wait and hour to eat again.

so i wont be eating breakfast within an hour.

AHH im confused!

also which is the best choice for dieting?
burning calories or eating breakfast right when you wake up to speed up your metabolism?

Answer: Maybe have a muesli bar before you go but nothing heavy or you will get a stitch! When you come back, have breakfast whenever feels comfortable to you. It doesn'tt make a difference when you eat it just make sure that you do! For breakfast I would probably suggest some wholegrain bread with just a simple spread on it (vegemite, philly, mashed banana) and then some fruit and yoghurt. This should keep you full up to lunch time without loading you with calories.
