Weight Loss Teas That Work

Question: What weight loss and toning activities worked for you?
I've been losing weight for what seems like an eternity. I'm just now on the final stretch. I have about 20 more pounds to go until I'm satisfied. However, I'd rather just focus on size, not the scale. But the problem is I dunno what I'm doing wrong. I've been walking..eating right..drinking green tea..working out..all that good stuff. And nothing has happened. I'm even eating around 1400 calories a day and I still managed to gain 3 pounds and 1 inch on my waist.
Is it just bad metabolism? Can I fix it if it is? I need to tone up quickly but..will I get bulkier before I tone? Because I don't want to risk gaining more weight AND inches. I have about 30 days to tone up..is it possible? And my last little question...what is a good way to rid of lose skin from all of this dieting?

Answer: I use Tae Bo and a gazelle. Will Poweer has a lot to do with it, not so much the method you use in my opinioin.

Green Tea Appetite Suppressant Pills
Question: Appetite Suppressants and Oral Contraceptives......?
Ok, So I have been taking Adipex. And it did nothing for me. I am on Lo/Ovral birth control pills and I am wanting to take an appetite suppressant since I am just getting off of Adipex and I do not want a sudden rush of hunger. (Dont worry they told me I could take an appetite suppressant afterwards.) But....I want an appetite suppressant that will not decrease the effectiveness of my birth control pills. I am only 19 and have only been married 1 year....no kids yet. If anyone has any information about something I could take then please let me know. Also it would be nice if they had a site where I could read it for myself also. I was thinking about Pure Hoodia or Pure Green Tea.....I am just not so sure if it will decrease the effectiveness of my BC pills or not. Someone please help.
