Question: Does the Fuze Diet Green Tea drink really have 2 servings of vegetables per bottle?

It's 0 calories, 0 carbs, and it says: "Contains equal antioxidant capacity as 2 servings of vegetables per bottle: measured by Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity."

Does this mean that I can drink 3 of these to fulfill my daily vegetable food group?

Answer: "Equal Antioxidant capacity" isn't the same thing as a serving. In addition to antioxidants, real vegetables contain many OTHER vital nutrients such as essentil vitamns and minerals. Even if the drink contains antioxidants, doesn't mean it's got ALL the same benefits as the vegetables so I'm afraid it doesn't count as a serving. X
